Bathrooms are tiny. Like similar to a cruise ship, Toilet area was very very small and toilet was square shaped. A/C was cold. They charge an extra $75 a day to everyone for wifi and gym of which I didn't use either. Breakfast buffet for 2 will run you $80... Other than location there are better choices in boston for the money

This hotel is over 170 years old, but it was renovated in 2025. The location is excellent, the facilities are modern, and the service is outstanding. Everything was perfect, and I had a wonderful stay.

The Boston cream pie was amazing. The Charles Dickens mirror was really cool way bigger than I thought it was going to be. The hotel was nice and had everything it needed. The actual room itself was very small. It was like closet like small, but the bed was very comfortable in the air conditioning worked great! Even on a 99° day in Boston.

The Omni Parker is a Fabulous hotel. Historic but has modern amenities. The room was clean and the beds/pillows comfy. Be aware that the bathroom is tiny, tiny and while well planned out, there is little room for personal toiletries. Great bath products. The staff is the BEST , with everyone friendly and helpful. We loved our stay there and would book again without hesitation.

All good, except the bathroom. Glass sliding door will not give you much privacy. You can hear everything, at night you use bathroom and you will light up the whole bedroom...so everybody will wake up, when you use bathroom during night. Very stupid for such a good hotel. Otherwise, everything else was good.

My reason for probably not staying again is that the rooms are very tiny especially when the cost is pretty high. The bathroom was so tiny that you could barely move and had to back into the shower to close the door. When you open the door to go into the bathroom the door hit the toilet. That is just unacceptable.

The room was far too expensive for what it offered. Although my room had a window, it faced a brick wall, so there was no view at all. The bathroom was also extremely small and poorly designed. There wasn't enough space for the sink, so it was installed sideways, making it awkward to use the faucet and uncomfortable on your back. If you can overlook those issues and don't mind paying several hundred dollars more than the experience is worth, then this may be the hotel for you.
