Rooms are very dated and need to be deep cleaned especially in the bathrooms and the carpets could use a good cleaning. Very difficult to get more towels or bedding. Walls are also very thin. Pool was great for the kids and proximity to the T and Whole Foods were a plus.

Great location but that is about it. Looks way better in pics. Lobby is passable, rooms, hallways, bathrooms should have been updated a decade a go. Rough condition. Plus $75 to park in Boston? Ouch. Oh and you need to allow 30 min for staff to retrieve your car. We chose the hotel because it has a pool. The pool area matched the rest of the hotel. The bathroom at the pool reminded me of my Soviet past. Not what anyone should see in a major American city in 2026.

We only stayed one night at this location and the room was clean and well maintained. The beds were comfortable and we had a good nights rest before our flight home. However, the air conditioning in the room was very loud and it did wake up my son several times during the night. Other than that, it is centrally located in Boston's Beacon Hill area and is no more than a 10 - 15 minutes walk to all of the great historical sights.

Hotel is in a good location, Easy to get around the city. Rooms are dated, and in need of repair. Beds are not comfortable, carpet was filthy in room, leaving you socks black when walking in it, Bed linens had some stains on them. Construction at Mass General next for will wake you up at 6 AM every day, even in highest floor. Not what I would have expected for the brand and price I paid. Lobby was clean, next to whole foods which was really convenient. Rooms need refurbishment and cleaning.

The hotel has a friendly staff and great location, but it is wayyyyy overdue for maintenance. The AC barely worked, the room was smelly, and the bathroom had old yucky mildew. No fault of the staff-- it's clearly a building in need of serious maintenance/upgrades.
