Housekeeping staff was very friendly. The property is loud with road noise and the room was fairly dated - cracked bathroom sink, banged up walls, dirty furniture. This could be because we booked through and ota but at nearly $400/night I was hoping for better.

The Wyndham is in a great location for visiting Boston. The staff was very nice. Check in easy. The room was in need of a major remodel. Rug seemed dirty. There was a lot of mold in the shower. Bed was comfortable. I don’t think I would stay there again. 😔

The hotel offers a good size room and bathroom. It is clean and well maintained. It's an older hotel but the location is right next to Mass General as well as Flour, a great coffee shop. Our son works at Mass General so we frequently stay there and have never had a problem, however, this past weekend it did take about 1 hr. 15 min. for the valet to get our car. This is the only problem we've ever had. Also, parking is very expensive - $70 overnight. Next time, we will park in Boston Commons.

This was a good hotel. It was close to everything walking and driving wise. My only areas of concern was the bed was so uncomfortable due to it being worn out. I could feel the springs. Parking is always expensive in Boston, but 70 bucks was a bit steep. It was quiet and the staff were great though. The hotel itself has some wear.

Staff were great, especially the valet. Vehicle was waiting upon checkout. Room and fixtures were dated. Beds were terribly uncomfortable. You could literally feel the springs in the bed. Not a comfortable sleep. Noise was loud due to construction next door at hospital. Other then that great location for transit system.

The location is perfect for downtown Boston. This hotel charges for everything. Parking is $70/day. No amenities in the lobby. The hotel is clean but very small rooms and very dated. If you need anything they respond immediately.
