Upon arrival I was greeted and given some history on this lovely hotel by a staff member! The spiral stairs are stunning! The room was beautiful, clean, and quiet. Staff was easy to recognize, courteous, and approachable. My stay there was wonderful. I have no complaints!

The rooms were lovely and clean. The staff was friendly and helpful. I had breakfast everyday for 3 days in Wine Meet Cheese. By day 3 the server had memorized my order and had my coffee cup waiting for me with a smile. The games in the casino were fun and the shake shack food was so good. I loved everything about the hotel and the people there. Will be going back in November!

Great room, spacious. Shower wasn’t cleaned very well - lots of hair :( Good service. Well maintained grounds. But felt the restaurants were not very good - mediocre food and decor in some cases - eg at Red 8, so so good and pretty sure I was sitting on a lawn chair.
