We stayed 2 different nights beginning and end of our cruise,1st night check ok staff was helpful, 2nd she sent us on a wild good chase to get to our room and then the key card didn't work!!!!! The hallways are all so hot and humid and all smell of urine !!!!!

The whole hotel was feeling like a sona bath, it’s hot beyond 120 , you cannot even walk in the lobby. The pool area was good , also they have charged parking fee per night $10 which was not mentioned in the Expedia. Rooms was stinky although they have offered different room post that experience . I have been in lot of hotels and this was one of the worst experiences in Ramada, will not recommend to anyone .

The staff were super helpful with everything. There was a grocery store, a convenient store, a restaurant, a Subway and a Dunkin Donuts nearby. The train station is about a 20 min walk away or less than a 10 min bus ride away. I had a great stay!

The room was nice extremely clean only issue the bathroom (water pressure) was to low far as showering and the toilet pressure was slow took to long to flush. That's why I gave a 4 star bathroom need an improvement far as the water Pressure.

The room was pretty clean except for the carpet. This is a very mediocre facility. Nothing fancy or even roomy. But it had clean beds and shower which is all we needed for this one night stay. Staff was very courteous, friendly and helpful. Breakfast was great.

This hotel is at a good location and offers a thoughtful shuttle service to JFK/U Mass station and a much needed airport service. Expect some level of noise from revelers who could be unruly. The air-conditioner worked as it should. My stay was good.
