I had a really good experience at Four Points by Sheraton Boston Newton. The hotel was very clean, and the staff was amazing, friendly and helpful from the moment I arrived. I got there several hours before check-in and they were able to accommodate me with a room right away, which I really appreciated. Checkout was also quick and easy. Room seemed clean. Staff was nice. Breakfast was not complimentary and I did not know that until I already grabbed a plate. I was only told what time breakfast was. Parking was not included, I had to pay which was inconvenient. You get what you pay for here.

The staff was wonderful. Special mary she help me so much even when my taxibdidnt come she checked on me and made sure he came back to get me. Our toilet broke twice in one day. The room temp kept setting itself back at 82 degrees in the middle of the night. Front desk was very nice. Restaurant and bar attached was very nice. The windows were not clean so we left our shades down. We also had a hole in the ceiling of our shower. It wasn’t a bad hotel but there was things that needed to be fixed. I wish I knew this before hand because we spent a good amount to say the weekend of opening day

Paid twice what was advertised. Paid for free breakfast through the site which was included in the stay. Paid for parking at the hotel not stayed online. Stepped on an earring in my room. Some staff more helpful than others. Breakfast looked amazing but we had to leave to make it back to Dana Farber in time for an appointment which is no where close to this hotel. It is right on top of the highway and noise from planes all night made it less than ideal for rest. Disappointed

Avoid this hotel! I’ve had a rash all over both of my arms, legs, and stomach for two days from sleeping in the bed in my room. Could not sleep well either as some kind of machine or pipes was running obnoxiously loud in the walls all night, and it was not the AC in the room. You could tell the bathroom had not been deep cleaned in some time due to how parts of the floors looked. At check in, we had to wait to be let into our room by someone manually because keys were not working, despite me double checking that that meant we would not have to wait to get into our room, just bad communication all around. Will say at least the staff was all friendly.
