“There was no hot water. Therefore couldn't shower or have a bath in the beautiful antique tub. Which was part of the ambiance of this hotel room. My son stayed there 6 years ago and had no water and friends of ours had stayed there 9 years ago same thing no hot water. What is up with that!! .”

“Was met with a friendly smile and check-in was a breeze. The complimentary water and warm cookie was a nice touch.
Room was spacious. It was spotless. Bed was very comfortable.
Parking is directly across the street for $30 at the hotel. Or park the green p parking directly beside it for i beleive $12. Hotel parking does have overnight security.
I wouldn't hesitate to return here if I needed a place in the area.”

“City oc London should shut down this place. Dirty place inside the room, washroom needs plumbing, shower gives big sound, can't put back on. Toilet flush not working. Toilet Dirty inside. Live bugs. Hair on bedsheets. Ac not working.
I will write to health inspector with city of London to take action.
U paying and not able to sleep. It's hazardous place.”
