We had an amazing room, tall ceilings, very modern and clean. The staff was excellent. underground overnight parking is additional, but it was easy to find with great instructions from staff. excellent value for what we got. I would definitely stay here again.

Staff is next to not worth employing. Trying to be no contact and have 3 staff standing around with no answers. The hotel is nice and conveniently located. Rooms was modern and good. Experiende must be part of the process ourselves it's really not worth it.

We stayed here 2 nights - it was exactly what we needed. Comfortable bed and location. The staff were friendly and helpful. I like the idea of a code instead of a key to get into the main entrance (after hours) and your room. Room had everything we needed, comfortable bed, Smart TV, Large Shower. Location was great being at the centre of it all. The coffee selection was great; the Candy Bar helped with the sweet tooth. Note: this hotel does not have a Gym, Pool, or Breakfast. It is a boutique little hotel, maybe 18 rooms, in the centre of major attractions - Canada Life Place, Covent Garden Market, restaurants, bars,

Check in took a long time as cleaning was delayed past 3pm. Access to building was limited to only back door. Room had a weird odour, but there were no rooms available to switch to. Staff did provide complimentary wine for the delayed check in, and brought a can of air freshener to the room. The room itself was spacious and looked clean. Bed was comfortable. Pillows were overstuffed and very uncomfortable. Quiet for sleeping. The area is not the nicest to walk around, especially at night.
