This hotel is the best choice for flexible payment options and has the cheapest incidental rate I've come across. The staff are all extremely helpful and the placement of the hotel is perfect. It's a very short walk to a bus that will take you to both malls if you don't want to drive and another short walk to restaurants and shops galore. The staff are amazing and, while the price of the valet parking is a little expensive, it's worth the money to know that your vehicle is being well looked after and safe. It's absolutely beautiful inside and the outside is amazing. The care they took while restoring it and the history behind the building are both things that make me happy to see. I will absolutely be staying there every time we come to London.
