Very dated rooms with old worn furniture. My room stank with air freshener added that didnt work. Beds were nice. Pillows overly soft. Highly overpriced for the elegance they portray. The Marriot next door is the better hotel in town. Staff were wonderful. Restaurant was great.

This was my second stay here. I chose it again because of the cleanliness and the great food and happy hour drink specials. The first room we were given had a stale smell. We notified front desk and they moved us to an alternate room which was much better and compensated us a night of parking for the inconvenience. We ate at the restaurant for dinner the first night the food was amazing and large portions. I had the pad Thai. Unfortunately they no longer do the happy hour 5 dollar drinks. The breakfast was great had it both mornings Blake Benedict is amazing.

Our stay was great. Check in and check out were so fast, there was no line. They greeted us with warm cookies which was such a nice touch. They also accommodated an early check in as we had a wedding to get to. Parking was $30 and when we returned to the hotel the lot was full, I thought for sure they were going to tell us we would have to find other parking but they instead gave us permission to park right outside the front doors. The rooms were clean, spacious, and quiet. Great stay!

The hotel was ok, the rooms were dated with older stained furniture and carpets. The bed was comfortable and the gym was better than most hotel gyms. The downtown of the city in London is horrendous with drivers out street people and closed down businesses all around.
