The room smelled like cigarette smoke when we checked in, someone working there came into our room without knocking, and when I went to use the coffee maker in the morning an earwig fell out of the coffee maker into my cup. The staff was very friendly and helpful at the front desk though, outside of the staff that walked in on me without notice, the people we dealt with while we were there were all very nice, friendly and helpful.

Spacious, well-maintained, and comfortable rooms with everything you need for a relaxing stay. The room was spotless, bright, and airy, and the beds, pillows, and mattresses were exceptionally comfortable and of excellent quality. I had a perfect night's sleep, and the location was conveniently close to everything. The front desk staff were friendly, welcoming, and genuinely enjoyable to chat with. They went above and beyond to ensure my stay was comfortable and enjoyable. Their outstanding customer service made a great experience even better. I would definitely stay here again.
