This is a former long-term care facility. It smells like that. The rooms are very dated and the carpet looks dirty and stained. The price is higher than is appropriate for the accommodation. The front desk staff is lovely.

Stayed here while husband was in hospital, very convenient and close to University hospital. Price was great. Only problem I had was my TV wasn't working properly, told the front desk but didn't receive any help with it. It didn't really matter as I was only there to sleep. Room was clean.
