We were in SF for a show at the Orpheum Theater. Since the hotel is right across the street from Orpheum theater, it made it very convenient. Overall stay is good. The bathroom is a bit tight.

We stay here often. The location is perfect and the bar seat by the window is a perfect place to have a glass of wine and snack after a long day in the city. This hotel is beautiful during the holidays too!

I had a great stay at the Hyatt. The staff was incredibly nice and helpful. The chef sent up free dessert and a free bottle of wine to my room one night. Would definitely come back.

It was close to the places I wanted to visit. It was very clean and the room was very cozy. I would love to stay there again.

If going to the new chase center, the muni light rail comes within a hundred yards. Newly renovated rooms and overall. Next to the Nordstrom flag ship store. A few blocks to union square. Also a block away from BART.

The hotel is right next to the BART station which is great. The views from the Bay View room were awesome! The street noise was a bit loud but expected being in the city. We would stay here again.
