We just spent 7 nights here in a one bedroom suite. The staff here are very responsive and polite. Every one of them! The workout room was excellent. The location was fantastic — literally 3 minutes from oracle park. My only complaint is that the one bedroom suite was not a true one bedroom There was no door between the rooms. We would have preferred that. Otherwise we were very pleased.

Overall, my stay at Hyatt Place had its ups and downs. While the location was convenient and the room itself was comfortable, I was disappointed to find that parking was not available as advertised. Additionally, despite requesting extra pillows and blankets at the front desk, they were not delivered to my room. This oversight made for a less than ideal experience. However, the staff were friendly and the room was clean, which were positives. Hopefully, these issues can be addressed for future guests.

Beautiful hotel right across the street from the Giants. Lots of restaurants nearby or visit the beautiful rooftop restaurant there in the hotel. It’s divine. There is a parking garage across the street which is about 1/3 of the hotel’s parking fee.
