This hotel was lovely. The front desk staff were very friendly, the house keeping services were excellent, & the location was amazing! the only downside to this hotel is that it could be quite noisy at night, but that’s due to it being in a very populated area. A wonderful hotel & location!

We had a great stay at this hotel. The location is excellent—right next to Union Square, making it incredibly convenient for getting around the city using public transit. There are plenty of restaurants, grocery stores, local shops, and shopping centers all within walking distance. It was the perfect base for exploring San Francisco, and I would definitely stay here again.

Love this hotel , staff were all really friendly n helpful . Rooms were super clean and beds were really comfortable. Shower water pressure was amazing Hot water was so nice after a long day touring San Francisco. Location location location , near to bart station, cable car n took us like 20 mins to walk to Chinatown .
