This is a beautiful hotel with very professional staff. The amenities in the room are excellent and the decor is very well done and very well maintained. Everyone is helpful and extremely courteous. I would always stay here when in San Francisco.

My only complaint was breakfast options and some of the staff in the coffee shop inside hotel. My overnight oats were inedible and I didn’t feel comfortable returning as the guy serving was really abrupt and seemingly very stressed. As for the hotel location, staff and the room size and view, I can’t fault it! Highly recommend you book a room!

The front desk gave me a room that already had someone's luggage in the room. Had to go back downstairs to get re-assigned. Very careless about logging occupancy in suites. The staff was nothing short of amazing! Everyone was pleasant, welcoming, and incredibly accommodating throughout my stay. The hotel is also conveniently located within walking distance of many designer stores, coffee shops, and quick bites. It’s just as easy to get around, with the Muni streetcars, historic cable cars, and BART all within walking distance. I truly enjoyed my stay, and this hotel will always be my go-to whenever I visit San Francisco!

We stayed at the Hyatt for one night and had a wonderful experience. The hotel is in a great location and within walking distance of so many popular attractions, including Union Square and SFMOMA. The staff were friendly, professional, and welcoming.Our room was clean, comfortable, modern, and everything was well maintained. We really enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting San Francisco!
