The staff was very friendly and welcoming, and I really appreciated their kindness. Unfortunately, the cleanliness of the hotel was disappointing. The walls were visibly dirty, and the carpet was very stained and looked like it had not been properly cleaned in a long time. The hotel would greatly benefit from better cleaning and maintenance, especially in the rooms and common areas.

It was a good room for a reasonable price. The breakfast was at the attached restaurant ordered from a limited menu instead of a buffet. It's a 10 to 15 minute walk to the Embarcadero BART Station.
