La Candelaria Vacation Packages for 2026

The room was small and felt claustrophobic. The walls are very thin. Our neighboring room had very loud residents and we could hear them fighting in there. As a family, we were scared that this could go south very fast, I went down to let the staff know and see if they could diffuse the situation. They heard me and said that the people in that room were down in their lobby area. As the residents were drunk and started their unruly behavior in the lobby, the staff sent them up to their room. Most certainly not a way to handle the situation. We reached out to Expedia to help us cancel the remaining nights and allow us to book elsewhere. They were not very helpful in the beginning, but eventually helped us out. I'd avoid this property if possible.

Excellent stay at Devu Hotel. Everything exceeded my expectations, but what truly stood out was the exceptional service from Maria Victoria. She was warm, professional, and went above and beyond to make my stay enjoyable. I would gladly stay here again.

Loved this hotel- truly the best of Medellin. Extremely well run property in an ideal location. Hope to be back. It did not disappoint.

The apartment was perfect for the price. There is only one AC unit in the apartment but does have fans in the bedrooms. Staff was nice and attentive. Location is great and easy to get to Provenza, close to multiple Pharmacy's.

Staff and management very friendly. The main issue for me was I booked what was suppose to be the best room in hotel on top floor and didn't find out til before 6am the next morning that there are dance classes each morning with loud music and instructor that happens at 6am on the floor above 13th floor and public gym as well. So can hear gym weights and dancing from 6am on the top 2 floors of hotel every morning. Needs to be sound proof or decide weather to look after hotel guests over general public gym and fitness needs for what is advertised 5 star hotel. Management did move me after request just a shame for nice room to be that noisy in early morning.

Excellent experience! The hotel is beautiful, modern, exceptionally clean, and located in a great area of Medellín. From the moment we arrived, the staff was incredibly friendly, attentive, and always willing to help. Our room was very comfortable and spotless. The location is perfect for exploring El Poblado and enjoying this wonderful city. We felt safe and very well taken care of throughout our entire stay. We absolutely loved Medellín, and our experience at this hotel made our trip even more special. Highly recommended! We would definitely stay here again. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
