It was good for what it was, safe area, and close to eating spots but it’s in a very touristy area so you couldn’t get away from the high price restaurants up front. Room was good but I feel like the AC could have been better.

Great location and great price. Noisy in the evening until 10.30pm due to the restaurants and bar tops around. The staff is very helpful and kind

The hotel is in a really great location. The rooms are OK. The restaurant is good. There were a few little problems while I stayed I am guessing the hotel is new. Nothing that interfered with my state.

The hotel was absolutely great. My room had a cute balcony that each morning a green parrot would come and visit. The hotel has a collaboration with BACU cafe and restaurant. In the evenings I had great service, coffee, and drinks. The morning service was very slow, and despite us letting them know we had a conference there was only one speed. This is aside from the server not being nice, and would often roll their eyes for any small request. The breakfast was delicious but no changes allowed which could be difficult if you’re eating vegan. I would perhaps not do the prepaid breakfast if I was to stay here again. There are plenty of options around with wonderful cafes and coffee roasters.

Lovely hotel with lovely staff. I enjoyed my stay in Medellin. They had daily housekeeping which I really appreciated. The WiFi is really good and the hot tub was the cherry on top. It was also in an extremely walkable area with restaurants within a 1-15 min walk depending on where you wanted to go. I would definitely stay here again when I next visit Medellín. The only thing I would recommend that would make it even better is that they include a clothes iron and hair dryer in the rooms.
