The rooms are very beautifully decorated, clean & modern. Loved the comfy bed, city view, A/C and nicely lit mirrors. Breakfast is made to order with some really good options on the beautiful rooftop and there’s a big shopping mall 5 mins walk away. Great value!

This hotel was nothing short of perfection, the place was always clean, the staff very friendly courteous and polite, it was a perfect location in the mist of the city just 6 mins walk from a mall and 10 minutes drive from one of the cool spots to hangout but the warmth and the staff of the hotel made the trip for me and my friends very enjoyable I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone 10/10

I loved my stay here.

Our one night stay was excellent. The receptionist at night when we arrived and the following day was very helpful. The room looks just like the pictures. The bed was very comfortable. The rain shower was the best ive experienced. I actual wish i stayed longer. The location is a bit away from El Poblado (where we wanted to be) but uber is inexpensive so it was fine. There is a mall literally one street away.

This hotel was very loud all night. When I reported the volume of the music it was raised even louder. The hotel is clean and the room is comfortable but it is not a place to get a good sleep. The staff was not really helpful. I will not stay here again

This is a nice property, brand new. Great bathroom, comfortable beds, huge TV, nice breakfast. But I could never recommend it. It was way too loud, from both a constant running water sound above my room AND either guests and/or employees in the hallway the next morning. Walls and doors are VERY thin here. I let the young lady in reception know I was going to leave with three nights remaining BEFORE check-out time. I let the folks at Expedia know before I left; they told me they could be in touch with management to see about a refund for the three unused nights. They gave me great feedback, but apparently the person in management was unwilling to refund for unused nights. I would never stay here again under any circumstances.

Everything was great including the breakfast. However, my Expedia deal included brèakfast, and my rreceiipt said "Breakfast included". However they refused to honor. that.and made me go to the front desk to pay for breakkfast each day. T he mager said she would have to see that receipt as If I were a liar yet refused to look at it. Expedia agreed via telephone to reimburse me,but getting receipts for breakfast was like.pulling teeth. Nice hotel,poor manager

I liked the boutique hotel concept, very modern, nice and conveniently located. Amazing views of the city! The breakfast is a la carte and includes a beverage and some fruit. Would be nice to include some breakfast empanadas to the menu.
