The hotel was in a good location, nearby calle 10 poblado. The hotel has excellent staff and clean areas. My only issue is that the room I selected was too small for two people. It would be fine for one person, but for two, it was challenging to place luggage, move around, and put away all our clothes.

The key cards kept needing re-coding. We had to do this every day at the front desk. Otherwise the location is great and the roof top bar wasted rated by my friends who were also staying there. Great choice!

The hotel is well located if you are a party animal, I was raised to sleep through heavy noises and yet it was challenging. When we checked in front desk attendant make 3 mistakes with the room key and barely apologized for it. I asked 2 times to get a copy of the tax invoice that I paid during check in and wasn’t done, finally on the third ask it was done. Overall it’s a great place if you want to party and crash, the rooms aren’t big but it’s enough. I booked it for 3 nights, it did the job

It was a trip with friends to explore Medellín, and this hotel had the perfect location. The room was very clean and just the right size—neither too big nor too small. Perhaps a bright light somewhere in the vanity area would have met all my expectations. Breakfast was perfect—varied and with everything needed. I would actually stay at this hotel again on my return to Medellín.

Once again another fantastic stay. I love the staff and hotel. Super easy check-in. Thanks Juan Pablo! Room was very clean. Bed was very large and very comfortable. A/C was quiet and worked really well. Refrigerator was small but good enough for what I needed and cooled drinks quickly. I would really like an ice machine in the hotel. The only option is getting cups of ice from the lobby bar. I can't wait to go back later this month.
