The staff was amazing, and the location was great, especially if you’re interested in staying near Provenza. Uber coverage was excellent and made it very easy to get around, including trips to Manila, which has a great gastronomic scene. The room was a good size, comfortable, and overall very pleasant. The only downside was the breakfast, which changes daily and can be a little inconsistent. The property also does not have a pool. Other than that, it was a great stay. The location was definitely one of the highlights of our Medellín trip, and I would happily stay here again.

The hotel was in a good location, nearby calle 10 poblado. The hotel has excellent staff and clean areas. My only issue is that the room I selected was too small for two people. It would be fine for one person, but for two, it was challenging to place luggage, move around, and put away all our clothes.

Nice hotel that is conveniently located in the Poblado center. However, it was noisy most nights until 2 or 3 in the morning except Sunday due to the roof top clubs. Also rooms were quite small but we like the balcony, and hot water maker so that we could have tea at our convenience. It was about a 10 minute walk down to the metro station. Also the staff were helpful. I forgot my phone charger in the room and returned a week later and they had pictures of it for me to id. and then returned it.

The key cards kept needing re-coding. We had to do this every day at the front desk. Otherwise the location is great and the roof top bar wasted rated by my friends who were also staying there. Great choice!
