Amazing hotel in a perfect central location. The staff was incredibly friendly, attentive, and always willing to help—nothing was ever too much to ask. The breakfast buffet was delicious, with a great variety of high-quality options. Our room was beautiful and extremely comfortable, with a very comfortable bed and three different pillows to choose from, which made for a great night’s sleep. We also felt safe throughout our entire stay. I would absolutely stay here again the next time I visit Medellín. 😊

On the whole, the hotel was fantastic. The staff were super helpful, breakfast was very good. There are plenty of restaurants to choose from for lunch or dinner. We were in bedroom 315 and the noise from the courtyard was quite loud in the evenings and first thing in the morning when the staff for setting up for breakfast which starts from 6 am. Ear plugs solve this problem however, if you wanted some rest in the afternoon in your room be prepared for noise.

I had an absolutely amazing stay at The Click Clack Hotel Medellín. The décor is breathtaking, modern, artistic, and thoughtfully designed down to every detail. The service was truly out of this world. Every staff member was warm, attentive, and made the experience feel special. The people at this hotel were very kind and helpful. Shout out to Jason who assisted me with check-in and checkout and baggage claim. The breakfast is outstanding. They have a small buffet as well as about a dozen items that you could order from a menu. Sofia was kind and helped me with my Spanish. The room is small, but has all that you need, it is in a busy neighborhood with lots of nightlife so you need some earplugs to sleep here. The neighborhood is chock full of great restaurants.
