This hotel is first class. The place is beautiful and the staff is very professional and helpful. Will definitely come back. It connects to a very nice shopping complex where you can find everything you would ever need, restaurant, theaters etc. The shopping complex and the hotel have beautiful views of Medellin since it’s on a mountain

The staff was very kind and tried to speak English to us to help us feel more comfortable. The room was very comfortable. The bedding and beds--even the pillows--were great! I was disappointed that we didn't have complimentary robes as pictured on the website but the towels were nice and very thick.

From the moment of my arrival, the staff were very welcoming and kind . They saw to my every need.very attentive! The roof top restaurant was very good ,however I found the menu lacking versatility. Also the breakfast selection was good , however I think they need to have a waffle making and pancake stand because the cold and mushy and distasteful. All in all I had a wonderful stay . Thank you Novotel .
