Fantastic location, from the hotel you walk right into the shopping center. The staff are all professionals, customer friendly. Breakfast buffet was very good. The room spacious with a brilliant view. The restaurant on the 21st floor deserves a Michelin star! We go back for 1 night next Saturday.

The staff was very kind and tried to speak English to us to help us feel more comfortable. The room was very comfortable. The bedding and beds--even the pillows--were great! I was disappointed that we didn't have complimentary robes as pictured on the website but the towels were nice and very thick.

If you want safety, great costumer service and a nice place this is it. This is my 3rd time in Medellin and i always stay here. The food, service and rooms are excellent. Located 10 minutes away from Provenza and next to one of the nicest mall I’ve seen.

From the moment of my arrival, the staff were very welcoming and kind . They saw to my every need.very attentive! The roof top restaurant was very good ,however I found the menu lacking versatility. Also the breakfast selection was good , however I think they need to have a waffle making and pancake stand because the cold and mushy and distasteful. All in all I had a wonderful stay . Thank you Novotel .
