I was there for five days - no hot, not even warm water for showering. The staff was great, the hotel lobby and common areas for reading, etc nice and always clean. I would go back only if they fix the hot water matter.

The frontdesk service excellent, only one was poor service minded. The young boy excelent service. The room they do not clean it every day and every day we have to request for towels. And the turks bath too loud noice in the room. All around we recommend the hotel.

No AC, no hot water, but a nice clean room with a fridge and a fan for $20 a night. You can't beat that. The room was amazingly quiet for being in the center of the commercial district

O prédio é bom, porém não ter uma coberta ou lençol disponível na chegada é imperdoável. Também não tinha ducha. A água saía pelo cano e molhava todo o banheiro. Faltou manutenção.

The hotel was not in the best condition...had to move from 2 different rooms. The 1st one the jacuzzi did not work the 2nd one the A/C.. Finnaly on the 3rd room every thing was fine. The staff was very friendly and where able to work in tryi g to keep you satisfied. The hotel definitely needs some seriose maintance. But for the pricd you paid its what you get.

Mi experiencia en el hotel fue verdaderamente excepcional. Hay que destacar que la impecable limpieza y la conveniente ubicación central contribuyeron a hacer mi estadía sumamente agradable. Lo que realmente me dejó encantada fue la amabilidad y disposición de las recepcionistas. Fueron más que simplemente profesionales; su trato personalizado y gestos amables hicieron que me sintiera realmente bienvenida. Sin duda, su atención destacó y contribuyó a que mi estancia fuera inolvidable. Si tuviera la opción de otorgar más de 5 estrellas al hotel, lo haría sin dudarlo. El nivel de recomendación es absoluto; un lugar totalmente recomendable para aquellos que buscan algo excepcional.

Buena estancia

Todo muy bien en el hotel, a tener en cuenta ciertas habitaciones son calurosas, el aseo de la habitación podría mejorar un poco, la zona alrededor es poco agradable de noche, sin embargo no fue insegura. La atencion en el hotel muy buena, el parqueadero muy bueno 24horas. Los domicilios pueden llegar hasta la habitacion.

No fue lo que esperaba

Estuve ahí de viaje Familiar y no fue lo que esperaba aunque es un hotel sencillo, es un hotel de ocasión como le dicen allá en Medellín, mi viaje fue familiar y no nos quedamos, la chica de recepción muy amable, pero en la aplicación no dice que es un hotel de paso. Así que preferí perder mi dinero a quedarme ahí por el ambiente, el hotel se encuentra en el centro de Medellín, zona fea.

pedi mi reintegro porque la propiedad no estaba como en las fotos y los dueños me dijeron que ustedes a ellos no les habian pagado y que por eso ellos no me podian devolver la reserva yo no me hospede ahi porque estaba sucio y la cabecera estaba quebrada, entonces me tube que salir de ahi y empezar a buscar a donde irme porque para eso hice a reserva con tiempo

Aspectos a mejorar

Es un hotel en el centro de la ciudad, un sector tal vez difícil, pero adentro del hotel es bueno y cómodo. Se puede mejorar un poco la limpieza para llegar a la excelencia. Sugiero poner una escala o algún tipo de mueble en la bañera para su acceso que es al menos 70 centímetros de alto y algunas personas bajas de estatura nos es muy difícil el acceso y hasta peligroso. Gracias por todo.

Terrible noche...

Me cambiaron de habitación 3 veces porque habias cucarachas en la cama y en los pisos, tocó pagar un extra para que me asignaran una habitación superior, pero al final esta última no tenia sábanas y habian ácaros, por tanto no pude dormir nada, una de las peores noches que he pasado en algun lugar. Resalto la amabilidad del personal y de la administración que intentaron ayudar al cambiarme pero no hubo solución definitiva, según me dijeron, recien habian fumigado y eso habria alborotado los bichos en las habitaciones. Para mi no hay excusas...
