The Hotel is close to many good restaurants within walking distance, nice small pool, and nice gym. Terrace for breakfast and lunch, bar coffeeshop, and two restaurants lower available. Visibility low had to tell driver where located using Uber or DiDi. Staff pleasant and happy.

I had a great stay at Heiss Hotel. The location is excellent, and it’s about a 10–12 minute walk from the main El Poblado area, so you’re close enough to everything without being right in the middle of all the noise. There’s also a great little neighborhood right next to the hotel with some really nice restaurants, which makes it super convenient. The hotel itself is very clean and well maintained. Everyone who works there is extremely friendly and welcoming. The cleaning ladies in particular were so nice—every morning when they saw me, they would always greet me with a smile. I also felt very safe staying here, which is important when traveling. Overall, the combination of the location, cleanliness, friendly staff, nearby restaurants, and safe environment made this a really enjoyable place to stay. I would definitely recommend Heiss Hotel to anyone visiting Medellín.

This was an incredible hotel. The pictures did not do it justice. The room was clean, water pressure GREAT, balconies was cute and the rooftop was adorable. The breakfast was included and it was very tasteful. The hotel has 3 separate restaurants on the lower level. The location is great, SEVERAL delicious restaurants in the area. Great stay.
