The room and the staff were great. However, I wouldn't stay here again because the noise levels were unbearable. You can hear everything through the walls. There were several groups of guests who seemed to be partying and would return in the early hours of the morning, making loud noises and shouting. Unfortunately, no one from the hotel staff addressed the situation. This happened on multiple occasions with different groups, which made it difficult to get a proper night's rest.

Breakfast offer is limited and the charge you extra for even a escondidas VIP of coffee. It is not Buffet. Room maintenace Needs improvement . I had an ants problem in my room and they were unable to solve. I had to purchance ant keeler and solve it myself.

Well i have to says that at the beginning they given us a room not as the one we booked but after talks with stafff we were moved withour any problem. Staff at rest was excellent so as food as well as staff at breakfast they were excellent. If any thing i would say will be the insulation on bedrooms you heard everything if you are next to diaregarded guests but is something it can be tolerate. Overrall we spent a nice week. I didn't like that there's no help to carry the luggage or greeters when you first get in, because they are overworking the staff. The towels were dirty. Cleaning staff very rude. Our room had the trash picked up but floors were never cleaned and neither was the shower. It was a big disappointment. Breakfast was a la carte and it was limited options. I didn't like anything about this hotel.

Had ants in room upon arrival. After showing the bellman he returned about an hour later and wiped down the surface but that didn’t stop them. Front desk didn’t allow us to switch rooms and we were advised that this is how it is in Columbia. They weren’t everywhere and after copious amounts of hand sanitizer/alcohol sprayed on and around the cabinets (daily) it was an ok stay overall.
