Had two rooms. One for my wife and I and the other for my teenage kids. We were told the rooms were going to be right next to each other and they weren’t. They were on each side of the resort. Never had towels in our rooms, not at restaurants and bars were open. Pools closed early. Everywhere in the resort minus our room was very hot. They catered more for their infinity clients. Will not be going back

Amazing customer service, super clean, no issues at all. The only thing we didn’t like was that the pool closed at 6:30/7
