I would say the building that was advertised was not the building that we stayed in, they’re actually right beside one another. It’s still nice but not as nice as the other one. Also the restaurant booking sucks. I was there for 4 days and only was able to eat there once because it was booked up. So much for all inclusive. Shower also didn’t get that hot. But on a good note the staff was nice and helpful. The bar was great and the transportation was great.

Krystal grand was an amazing first resort experience in cancun, there was new things to do everyday. The entertainment crew went above and beyond to include everybody especially during pool hours. In the whole week we were there, it was new games everyday to keep people entertained whether it was water aerobics to bingo to volleyball. Eduardo and Sahyta especially made our trip amazing, we built great connections with them, and they made us feel like it was home. Our room was cleaned everyday and mini fridge was restocked everyday too. Food was amazing at all the restaurants and the buffet. They have different food every dinner, even a mexican night outside. Every night had music till 11pm which made it even more fun and entertaining to create relationships with other people in the resort and the workers Over all it was a great experience and i 10/10 recommend krystal grand cancun!!

We enjoyed our stay. The buffet was okay, had plenty of options so you could find something to enjoy. Staff very friendly, but didn't like the upselling when we first checked in. We just wanted to get to our room after a long flight. Ayami was a great restaurant, and the hibachi experience is a must do! The pools were clean and the swim up bar was really fun.

The staff was amazing…! The hotel is older but well maintained. The bar service at the pool was great (Thanks Osvaldo!!!) Sad thing, but not the hotel’s fault is sargassum at the beach was terrible, we spent all week at the pool. The buffet food could do a little better too… Overall is a great hotel and would be amazing when no sargassum.

The hotel was nice and in a great location close to the Strip. The staff was friendly and helpful throughout our stay. My only suggestion would be regarding the food. We ate at the buffet, and unfortunately, the food was not very good and did not meet our expectations. Other than that, we had a pleasant experience.

Property was ok, food and drink chooses weren't great! Waiters in dining area not attentive at all. Not helpful and not detailistic actually felt very ignored. Buffet food didn't look Fresh, just not what expected. Room sink wasn't working clogged. Frig in room never cold reported twice no one fixed. Room was somewhat cool not Cold! First day water came out black from sink had to run water. Pool bartenders wonderful!

The view from our balcony was amazing! We stayed for a week but we had a few inconveniences. When we arrived we checked in and they took about an hour. When we got to our room our luggage was not in the room yet. The elevators were awful. They had no ac and were so slow. They only had 3 functioning elevators and took so long. There was a point where we waited 15 minutes to get from floor 5 to the main lobby. Other than that the food was amazing, when I mean amazing everything was so delicious, we can’t complain about that! The all inclusive drinks were great as well!

The property was clean and okay overall, the staff was friendly, and the view was beautiful. However, the AC was not working in the common areas, and our rooms had a strong musty, humid smell. The elevators were either broken or extremely slow, with no AC inside. Since they were very small, the heat made them feel suffocating. The food and service at the Italian restaurant were disappointing, and despite calling as early as 7:00 a.m., we were never able to get a reservation at the Asian restaurant. A special shout out to Javier, the bartender at the swim up pool bar! He was wonderful and definitely one of the highlights of our stay. 🍹😊

Hotel was super hot, getting into the elevator is like getting into a sauna! Food was terrible, not friendly to the non- pork eaters. Hotel room was fairly clean, at the beginning the room we got had an AC issue then we were moved to a different room, the hotel staff should’ve done better job in inspecting the rooms before handing them over to us Beach was nasty due to the seaweed issue accross all of Cancun mother nature
