Good food at the restaurants, nice property and beach! The drinks can take a bit to be served. The Mexican restaurant was pretty and had good food. The area is close to the action but the hotel is not noisy.

It's a well-located, reasonably maintained, basic hotel, with mediocre food and drink selection. Staff quality is inconsistent: some make you feel welcome, while others make you feel like a nuisance. If you can pay a bit more, do yourself a favor and select a branded property.

Located in a perfect place Sea was so nice...clean...beautiful colors. Swimming for hours. The pool was nice . We just went there twice The food was good. Good quality. Loved the restaurant El Mortero. So clean. So classy. Food there was delicious. Also Mediterranean restaurant was so nice. Room was clean. Sometimes they cleaned our room twice per day. The style was a bit hold that's the only think we didn't like it. Staff was helpful. They didn't show us the resort and the restaurants but was ok. Gym was good too. We didn't try the SPA We booked a trip to Xcaret. Was one of the best experiences of our life. We swim under the caves for 1h30min. Was beautiful.

Hotel was pretty clean, and staff was amazing. This is a family oriented hotel, lack of adult entertainment. Food was just Ok don’t expect anything premium unless you pay for it. In general I had a good time but will said its a 3.5 stars not a 4. My room was not updated but my dad’s room was.

I like the location of the hotel. They only have two elevators and only one was working. The wait was very long all the time at some point one of the workers told us we can use the service elevator and we started using that one that smelled horrible and in bad conditions. We got the all inclusive and honestly, we did not like it. We will definitely not go again.

The hotel was nice for the activities and all inclusive the food was great but some staff try so hard for you to buy there promotions and discounts, the room needs upgraded beds are not comfy and felt like moist the best part was the staff for the activities specially Ruby she was wonderful fun and great costumer services.

The staff was extremely helpful and friendly. We enjoyed our all inclusive dinner options every night drinks all day. Loved the pool, took an Uber to the casino and outdoor mall which was fun. My only complaint was the persistence of the timeshare rep over bearing. We just wanted to relax and enjoy our time.

The restuarants at the property were terrible, great service but the food was super gross. Just eat at the buffet at the hotel, it’s mediocre but edible! The drinks were below average, you could tell they were trying to make them good but I think it’s just the mixers that were terrible, they also didn’t blend the frozen drinks enough so everything was lumpy. Staff was extremely friendly and nice and very accommodating. The room was clean but old…the pillows were lumpy. We didn’t know anything about the seaweed, so the beach was pretty much off limits. It was okay for the value.

For the most part, everything was good. Excellent customer service for any questions and concerns. What was a bit overwhelming and annoying were all the people in the lobby area trying to sell memberships to the hotel. I understand, its their job to sell but everyday at least 3 different people would approach us. The shower design in our room was a bit incovenient as water would come out of the shower to the bathroom floor and made a huge puddle There is a self serve "mini bar" in the room but the drinks (canned sodas & water bottles) were not part of the all-inclusive deal so you had to buy water to even use the coffee machine Buffet food was good, nothing special Room service food was great. Ordered the philly cheese steak, a club sandwich and fajitas one night after an all day excursion and it beat the food at the buffet! You can call to order since there was no availability to book online Bar service is slow. There are waiters walking around bringing drinks and even tipping wouldnt help, they were inefficient and slow Service was awesome at the Mexican food restaurant. They do have mariachi that takes requests for special occassions and food was good
