⭐ 1/5 Stars Title: Beautiful Resort, Terrible Hospitality – Far From an Excellence Experience Our group of nine booked Excellence Punta Cana months in advance, excited for what we believed would be a luxurious, relaxing, and memorable vacation. Unfortunately, our experience was anything but excellent. While the resort itself is beautiful, the hospitality, customer service, professionalism, and food quality fell significantly short of what you would expect from a resort that markets itself as a luxury destination. The most disappointing part of our stay was how we were treated after expressing legitimate concerns. Rather than addressing our complaints professionally, certain staff members made us feel singled out, ostracized, and unwelcome. No paying guest should ever feel uncomfortable or embarrassed simply for speaking up about disappointing service. Another particularly troubling issue was staff members repeatedly having conversations in Spanish around our group, seemingly assuming we couldn’t understand them. What they didn’t realize was that several members of our party understood Spanish perfectly well. To be clear, speaking Spanish was never the problem. It was the apparent assumption that we couldn’t understand what was being discussed and the lack of professionalism we experienced. The food was equally disappointing. For an upscale, all-inclusive resort, we expected quality meals, good flavor, and an enjoyable dining experience. Instead, the food was consistentl
