Ocean view room was lovely. All of the staff were very friendly and helpful. Kitchen was willing to accommodate our request for various altered menu items. Lots of chairs and towels everywhere. Resort is much busier Thursday through Saturday night, had to wait for most of the restaurants. Rest of the time was able to be seated right away or within a very short time.

I genuinely had no complaints about this resort. Would recommend if you’re looking for a luxurious relaxing vacation. I suggest getting the excellence club package during your stay because you’ll have access to amenities and restaurants that you otherwise wouldn’t be able to enjoy. Staff were super friendly, room was clean, would definitely come again.
