A wonderful stay. The food was very good, the room was large and clean. The people are wonderful, helpful and accommodating. The only issue I had was my room was not cleaned until after 4pm. I love an afternoon nap after spending the day in the sun but wasn't able to.

Our stay at Serenade was absolutely amazing from start to finish. The resort is beautiful, the rooms were clean and comfortable, and the staff went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. The food, entertainment, and overall atmosphere were excellent. We truly enjoyed every moment and can’t wait to come back! Special shoutout to Arismendy!!! We had a swim out room and it was great, room was clean and big. Only complaint was that it seemed the resort was under staffed at the restaurants and the food particularly at the steak was well below acceptable (people in our party had to send our steaks back a couple of times due to being undercooked despite showing and telling the servers what we wanted)...other issue was that our transportation from the airport and back was not included in the Expedia package (to our surprise) and this information was not disclosed on their website, so be aware when booking.

Our room was spotless as well as the reat of the hotel and the staff was so friendly and courteous! Especially Ruth! The amenities in the room were great and the beach was awesome! The only reason I gave it 4 stars was that I felt the adult side had fewer specialty restaurants. But the food at the restaurants we had was outstanding!!!

The rooms were cleaned and stocked with amenities. The staff were excellent! From the front desk to the restaurants and bars. There was so much to do everyday and night. Plenty of activities and events. You truly don’t have to leave the resort. I loved everything about my experience at Serenade All Suites and I will definitely be going back. I love Luis and Omar! My two favorite guys!

Everything was amazing - our room, the food, the staff. All were so helpful and nice. The complex is walkable, beach is steps away. Would definitly recommend this hotel and we would be glad to come back. Just a very simple recommendation - we used the hotel application, however it was hard to navigate where the activities will happen - like zumba, water gymnastik, etc. Booking for restourants wasn't easy too with the app - it always said there are no availability. And for NYE dinner - it would be good to have some nice music at the restourant.

Clean room, but was difficult to get refrigerator restocked daily or room cleaned on a regular basis. Not sure why as we tipped daily. Also, had no hot water in shower for 5 of 8 nights due to the hot/cold faucets being backwards. Staff was accommodating, and food was acceptable.

The resort was very short staffed. TV didn't work in our first room, then we were moved to a 2nd room, TV didn't work and maintenence never fixed it. None of the the hot tubs were hot, all had cold water. Ariana and team from entertainment was great and bar guys were great. A lot of staff didn't speak or understand English. Huge Language barriers.
