Amazing respect for an affordable price! The beach did have tons of sargassum so we stuck to the pools but it was sargassum season so no fault of the resorts! They were out actively cleaning it everyday. Beautiful resort with pretty good food. We went for a girls trip and had a great time

Our room was very nice and clean. The resort itself was beautiful and the staff was very helpful. The food was ok. The beach itself was pretty but the rotting seaweed in the water was a total turnoff. The pools were very nice and the swim up bar was great.

Nice resort! Very clean and well maintained. I really liked that they allowed us to make reservations for the restaurants for the 3 nights we stayed all at once. Also, the bartenders at the pool bar were very attentive at all times, same with the sports bar servers. The only thing I didn't like it's the people trying to sell you a timeshare following you around, other than that everything was good. Going back in a few months to visit the new resort they just opened next door.

Loved the private pool and the entertainment. Staff never said good morning and took a hour to give us the room. Buffet was good except for dinner. The bathroom has see thru glass so don’t recommend with children more like couple and my sister saw a roach in the toilet area. Room service took long.

The sheets on the bed had stains. I requested new sheets twice, but never received any. The front desk barely answered the phone. The food was okay. I had to call and go to the front desk twice to request tissue and soda for the room. The staff were nice and respectful just slow service.

Awesome place. When it comes to the availability of food and the diversity and quantity of it, the score is a solid 100%. The beach has beautiful soft sand BUT it is FULL of seaweeds. There was a spot that was fully clear that you could get to, once you pass the seaweeds. If you are going with kids they will be mesmerized by the water parks. Close to airport. Friendly staff. Great water pressure in the room. Large clean rooms. Great balcony. You will have too many options when it comes to food and drinks.

The rooms need a major renovation. The linens were in poor shape. There were ants and mosquitos in the room. The bathroom sink and shower did not drain well. The language barrier amongst the cleaning staff and restaurant workers was hard. Simple requests were not met due to this. The pools and staff were in good shape but, the bathrooms were a disgrace. Locks on stalls were broken, toilet seats missing and over-all cleanliness was disgusting.

The hotel is good, however you can notice there is renovations going on. One of my rooms door frames was a bit broken. There was one night I had water that came out of the shower into the room and requested cleaning... got tired of waiting and cleaned it myself. Also near the building we were you could hear the construction noise as they are working on the hotel. The beach you could not go in, due to the sargazo. We had to drive to other beaches and do other activities (which came at additional cost to us). All and all it was an ok stay. Aside of the door, the 2 rooms were good and we had fun with the activities and the rest of the facility.
