Wonderful place and very friendly people !

Excelente hotel, iba un poco preocupada por los reviews pero el hotel me sorprendió, la comida del Buffet excelente y variada, personal súper atento y lo dice una persona que está acostumbraba a alojarse en hotel 5 estrellas en diferentes partes del mundo. Me encantó RIU Antillas. Lo único que se me escapó decir al hacer el checkout es que en las habitaciones en las camas le pongan edredónes pasamos mucho frío o dejen manta en los closet para los que deseen usarlas nosotros con el aire apagado pasamos frío porque las sábanas son muy finas. Pero todo lo demás súper regresaré en otra ocasión y llevaré mi propia cobija ❤️

Great hotel beautiful property great location on palm beach A bit of confusion with the front desk upon check in even after the pre check in forms were completed Didn’t receive the room originally asked for because they were all taken?? Even with a reservation that was a bit annoying All in all it was beautiful and staff very friendly Would stay again

The food is 10/10 the only issue I had was the bartenders, the ones at the pool bar specifically. I felt like they would have an attitude if you simply asked them for a drink.

Friendly staff, great breakfast, beautiful beach with turtles swimming around right across the road.

Amazing views! Loved this resort, convenient to beach and pool. Restaurants on site were good. Deli was amazing. Towels are provided but went to exchange at 6 and they were closed (they say they close at 7). They also start putting away chairs as people leave beach and going down to watch sunset around 7 we couldn’t find a Chair, they were locked. We did not see drink or food service while on the beach. I think there were some activities like bingo but we never for information on anything hosted by resort. Bathrooms are too small with lots of wasted space in bedroom and living room. Wish there was more indoor seating. Patio with loungers and table was great! Front lobby staff and luggage service were outstanding!

The staff were nice and friendly persons but for the breakfast the need more staff working in the area .

Nice spacious condo. Location couldn’t be any better. Cleanliness/maintenance needs improvement but overall good stay.

Best kept secret on the island.
