Staff was excellent! They were very kind and extremely helpful the entire trip. The Majestic Elegance is a great resort if you want great food, drinks, beach and pools. Always have something going on at the main pool and on the beach. Nightly shows, live music, and nightclub was a fun time. Would definitely return!
