Absolutely loved the Majestic. We stayed at the Elegance and could not have had a better experience. Our butlers Richard and Jose were so helpful! Maxima and Angelica at the beach/pool bar made sure we had plenty to drink on those hot days!

The hotel is great, nice staff, good activities at the pool and around the hotel, good amenities and good food. The only thing I would recommend is to have food in the middle of the hotel. If you want to eat need to go to the buffet at the beach or at the lobby, there is nothing to eat close to the pools

I have stayed at Majestic Mirage many times and loved it. Majestic Elegance is different. They are not as attentive, the food isn’t as good, the gym isn’t great. Just go to Mirage! Casino employees were terrible and trying to fight out of paying money we won! Very upset with this experience.
