From the moment we arrived, Franklin went above and beyond to make sure every member of our family felt welcome, comfortable, and well taken care of. Franklin was always friendly, attentive, and quick to help with anything we needed, whether it was making dinner plans, checking in to see how our day was going, or helping with special requests. Franklin thoughtful service made our vacation completely stress-free and allowed us to focus on spending quality time together. The staff were amazing, friendly, welcoming, and always willing to help. They truly made our stay so much more enjoyable. I would definitely recommend this property to anyone looking for a great experience. One small suggestion would be to add more seafood options to the menu. A special thank you to Anabelis, Chocolate, Coca-Cola, Gasolina, and of course all the beautiful ladies on the team, including the servers, housekeeping, and every staff member who made this trip unforgettable. We definitely enjoyed our stay at Sunscape Coco Punta Cana!! Make sure you speak a lil Spanish when you go to make ya stay a lil easier. They definitely have things going on throughout the day for entertainment. The food was ok the best being Chop Stix restaurant. As mentioned previously it was a lil difficult get a wash cloth from the staff because they didnt really understand what I was asking for. Also, when you place a call for service the staff kinda takes there time to make it to your room. Overall I enjoyed my stay at Sunscape Coco Punta Cana and will definitely be back again. Just and FYI they have free water sports on the resort towards the beach and can set you up for excursions as well thank me later!!

The hotel is beautiful and the staff were amazing. However, the food is terrible and the juice/flavoring used for drinks has a terrible after taste and has a lot of artificial colors and additives. I expected better food for a Hyatt property and unfortunately I cannot recommend the property to a friend.

We recently stayed at this all-inclusive resort and had a pleasant overall experience. While the property is a bit dated and could definitely benefit from some maintenance and updates, it still has a lot of charm. The staff's friendliness really added to the overall atmosphere. Most of the meals were enjoyable and well-prepared. It’s a nice place to relax and enjoy the nightly entertainment. Freddy Mercury night was a favorite.
