My private concierge franlin made my stay as I expected did everything I was hoping for really recommend to have something like this even lower our price for the fish restaurant that was great and and joining from the reception in the VIP was awesome. This guy also got me good accommodation took care of the room and make sure that I’ll stay is fabulous.

We just spent 4 wonderful days at Sunscape Coco Punta Cana and everything was a 10/10! The staff was incredibly kind and attentive from the moment we arrived they truly made us feel at home. The resort itself is beautiful, with great spots to relax all around. The nightly shows were so much fun and a highlight of our trip. The restaurants were excellent, the food delicious, and the drinks were on point. Service everywhere was fast and friendly. We left with amazing memories and would absolutely come back. Highly recommended!

The staff were really helpful. Carlos answered all are questions, and he was there every time we need hm on a daily basis he was there to give us the advice on what to do or where to go. He keeps us posted with all the activities. Great experience and great service.

I had a one night stay at the property, beautiful, but the room had a smell that wasn’t pleasant, like “moldy”, like it was locked up for a while, woke with a cough, sore throat and nasal congestion. Floor was also frosty, as you stepped in too could see the prints. Staff was however helpful, grounds clean

The hotel itself was pretty nice. Had everything you need for a great vacation including gift shops, restaurants, bars, pools, access to the beach and a hospital room. Housekeeping stuff was great, we were receiving the best service from them daily. We also met 2 amazing little kitties that became a highlight of our stay there. The only area of improvement for me personally would be the cleanliness of the beach: I wish the sand, day beds and tables would be clean daily. Otherwise - 10/10 recommend!
