"I’ve stayed here several times and I was most impressed this last time. Winter is still a great time to stay here. The spa is great with indoor pool and sauna. Very tasteful upgrades done to the entire hotel and the breakfast buffet was superb. Being able to walk to the nearby shops and restaurant is why I come back. "Incredible location on a slope overlooking the lake. The on site manager is warm and attentive. It is secluded from Pucón without being far away. I wish we could have stayed longer. The only real downside is the short unpaved road to the property. We managed fine with an SUV two wheeled drive. 4WD might be helpful but not necessary. "
