"The cabins are located far from Pucon. No food was offered. There was no hot water and the water pressure was horrible. I would not recommend this property. Also, they asked for 1/2 upfront and the other 1/2 once we arrived. After what we went through, I would not have paid them for the second 1/2."

"Das Hotel ist etwas (aber wirklich "nur etwas") in die Jahre gekommen. Dennoch hat es viel Charme. Wir haben ein Standardzimmer gebucht. Es war schätzungsweise ca. 40-50m2 groß! Wir reisen relativ häufig. Allerdings haben wir ein Zimmer in dieser Größe noch nie zuvor gehabt. Das Bad war genauso großzügig angelegt. Aus dem Zimmer hatten wir einen schönen Blick auf den See.
