Staff were helpful and friendly, hotel and rooms were nice. I had an issue with my credit card and the staff helped me work through it and even let me stay my first night on faith that payment would work, instead of making a big deal about it. Glad I booked my weekend stay in Pucón here.

Very nice hotel with very friendly staff. We stayed in a room with a great view of villarica volcano. Also only a short walk to restaurants and shops. Hotel were able to provide gluten free breakfast.

I’m torn on leaving 4* and not 5*, as the stay was really good; really friendly and helpful staff, clean and pretty hotel with a generous breakfast and helpful parking. The only issue is the hotel’s sound proofing and being located on the same street as a bus station. It means that without fail you will wake up when the first buses of the day travel down the street, which was usually 6am. Perhaps this is avoiding if you’re not facing the road, but we were and so it was a shame to be woken up every morning. Outside of that, everything was really good.

Amazing hotel in Pucon, great breakfast, best scrambled eggs on our travels. Staff were so friendly and hotel was spotless. Really quirky with lots of lovely artworks in the hotel. They should get in touch with Laundrette and bus company across the road to arrange to cut the tree down to give you unspoilt views of the volcano. Would defo stay here again.

We loved our stay at Hotel Maki. The fabric art decorating the hotel is very beautiful as is all the natural wood. We had a lovely balcony overlooking a gorgeous garden. The staff was extremely helpful and friendly. Daily breakfast was wonderful. Can’t say enough good things. We would return and stay there again!

So … how can I say the rooms are small and the walls are paper thin you can hear the people next door. It was very noisy. We got the moans at 10 at 1:30 and at 6:30 the bed was banging against the wall, we did not appreciate … Didn’t sleep much We did appreciate the breakfast and the older guy who prepared delicious eggs for us. He was the only highlight of our stay.

I was in town for a conference and had a wonderful stay at Maki Hotel. The staff were all super friendly and kind and the room and property were well-kept and clean. Everything was in convenient walking distance. I genuinely could not have been happier!
