Great hotel a little bit outside of Pucón - amazing view of the lake. With only a small number of rooms and the owners living on site, this has the intimacy of a B&B. Be aware the entrance to the hotel is easy to miss and it is a steel drive up to the property.

Took a 3 week vacation around Chile and this was by far the best place we stayed. Very quiet, with a great view of the lake. Close to Pucon and all the actives. The owner were friendly and was able to do our laundry. Would highly recommend staying here. Thanks for making our family feel welcome.

CasaEstablo- room with a VIEW. Warm and welcoming.

The CasaEstablo was incredible. The room was clean, comfortable, and beautiful. I cannot understate the view. It is jaw dropping. The grounds are picturesque and the staff are all welcoming, accommodating, and friendly. There is a great complimentary breakfast and the location is 10 minutes to the center of Pucón by car. I would absolutely stay here again.

Hotel muito bonito, rustico mas confortável. Quartos grandes. A única questão que pontuo é que esta localizado há alguns quilometros do centro da cidade de pucon e ainda numa reunião mais alta, não é possível ir a pé.

A pousada é excelente. Quarto e banheiro bem amplos. Vista do lago. Mas a pousada fica um pouco afastada do centro da cidade e para chegar a ela é preciso subir uma rampa íngreme de 300m desde a estrada. Portanto, é conveniente estar de carro.

Hotel muito gostoso de ficar, com uma equipe familiar atenciosa e muito prestativa. Foram muito acolhedores! Recomendo alugar um carro, pois a localização é um pouco difícil de acessar se você estiver a pé. Ela fica no alto de uma colina, e há um onibus local que te deixa lá embaixo, porém você precisa subir à pé e é bastante cansativo. Mas compensa pois a vista do quarto é incrível! O café da manhã também foi bem suficiente, adoramos e recomendamos para todos!

Hospedagem fria e sem empatia

Localização com bela vista, café da manhã fraco estilo pandemia e repetitivo, quarto grande onde caberiam camas melhores e maiores. Ficamos num com camas de solteiro minúsculas, dormimos mal com receio de cair da cama. Acesso aos quartos por escada e você tem que se virar sozinho com as bagagens. Atendimento sem preocupação de serem atenciosos. Deveriam melhorar muito.
