"Very helpful in organising bus for us to Sa Pa for next morning. They rushed to get us some early breakfast before 6:30am, which was greatly appreciated. Very nice, clean and perfect location (right inside the old quarter). We can reach anywhere by walking. Staffs are friendly and helpful whenever we wanted to ask anything. Highly recommended!"

"The location and the price were good and the property was OK and I guess considering the price was pretty much as expected. The AC worked but at one point I turned it off and the. Could not get it on again. The sheets were too small for the bed and kept being untucked. The shower head was broken but there was the hand held unit so not that bad. Breakfast was supplied and was sufficient but not special. "
