Every time I come to Vietnam I stay here! They have the excellent breakfast, rooms are spacious and clean. The area is safe and quiet and convenient to the airport or city or popular restaurants and shops. Their staffs are very friendly and helpful I like them!

Good location to the local shops and market. The staff is very friendly, but communication needs to be better, as we ask for the iron to iron our clothes, they told us they will take care of ironing the clothes for us, without mentioning the cost of it until after we check out.

The communication with front desk is difficult when I arrived I send them email about my flight and request shuttle pick up. I stay there for 52 minutes and made call 4 times. The rooms are clean and good. Jim was totally different some equipment didn’t work. Breakfast is awful every day the same thing. Not even one item is charged.

Property is worn out and staff could be more courteous, especially during check in. I was picked up from the airport as it is only a few minutes away which was great, however the driver and associate were unpleasant and carried a lot of negative energy. Some staff at the hotel were great including middle agent gentleman working when we checked out. He was courteous and professional. Hotel could score a lot more points if they can be more professional overall and work on renovating the property.

The hotel was in a perfect location, close to all the main city spots, restaurants, and nightlife everything was within reach. The rooms were modern and comfortable, and the breakfast every morning was consistently great. It was the kind of place that made exploring the city easy while still giving you a solid place to recharge. Definitely a great option if you want to be in the middle of everything.

The hotel provides a shuttle to and from the airport which is wonderful. Staff were attentive. The executive rooms on the new wing are spacious and comfortable. However, the gym was not functional. It was too hot to exercise in the gym and there were no towels nor drinking water. The breakfast was so so. It was the same every day and the coffee was the worst among the hotels we’ve ever stayed in Vietnam.
