A great location with an excellent rooftop pool. An enjoyable stay. The only downside was the quality of the breakfast which was bland, crowded and not living up to the standards of the rest of the hotel and others I stayed in whilst in Vietnam.

Lovely property in a great location. Our room was lovely and had everything we needed. We especially enjoyed the cocktails at the pool, the bartender was very friendly, helpful and made great drinks served with a smile. Only negative was my massage at the spa, I was expecting a wow experience based on the promo videos but it was the worst one I’ve had on my trip.

It’s a true 4 stars hotel. It’s very cleaned and smell nice. Rooftop swimming pool is beautiful, breakfast buffet is delicious and so many options. All the staffs are wonderful and friendly. We enjoy our stay at the Haian. Definitely recommend this hotel for those seeking a high quality stay.
