Central. Lovely staff. Good value for money. All round satisfaction. Breakfast wasn’t a massive choice, but very adequate with excellent coffee and egg choices. No restaurant or bar. Good lift. Comfy bed and good linen.

My room is small and has no window but it’s always clean and feels cozy. The hotel’s location is perfect…accessible to lots of fashion shops, restaurants, and even a park for morning exercise. The staff are exceptionally friendly, hospitable, and helpful. I highly recommend this hotel and will definitely consider staying here whenever I’m traveling to Vietnam.

The GK central is very convenient if staying near the central market area. The hotel was good for a 2 day stay if you're exploring the city and need an easy place to stay. The room was ok, clean and acceptable. The noise proofing wasn't terrific because we could hear the street noise and also didn't realise a few night clubs had opened nearby since the last time with stayed which really pump up the music until 2am which was annoying. Breakfast here is very basic, the Vietnamese coffee is good and eggs are made to order, otherwise there's a limited selection of other choices. Overall the hotel is reasonable value for money and you get what you pay for.

Great hotel stay. Perfect central location for all the major historical and tourist sites and walking distance to some great restaurants and night life. The hotel staff were incredibly friendly and were able to accommodate an earlier check-in and help me with all my luggage. Very friendly and approachable staff. Would definitely recommend. Breakfast was delicious too

Great breakfast options, has both Vietnamese and western options. Room was clean upon arrival, had toothbrush and toothpaste, ear swabs, shower cap, and water glasses in the bathroom ready to use. Also had free water bottles. Staff very helpful, greeted every time upon entry. One thing is there’s no air conditioning in the elevator so I got hot a few times, and the room took a bit to cool off when the ac was turned on. But the location is just so convenient that I didn’t mind.
