My wife and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this hotel. The staff (shoutout to Cindy) was very helpful and accommodating to special requests, including private transportation to the airport and our next stay in Ninh Binh. Good breakfast and rooftop bar. Decent size pool, as well as a full service spa. Great location in Old Quarter close to Hoan Kiem Lake. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Hanoi.

We had a lovely stay at Hotel Splendid. The location is very convenient, especially being so close to the lake, which made it easy to enjoy the surrounding area. The breakfast buffet offered a great selection and was a lovely way to start the day. What stood out most was the friendly and attentive staff. They were always willing to help and took the time to welcome us, guide us, and offer useful advice as first-time visitors to the area. Their warmth and helpfulness made us feel very comfortable and made our stay even more enjoyable. We would happily stay here again.

The staff at the Splendid Premium hotel is amazing. They are the most genuine and friendly group I’ve ever experienced in all my global travels. They truly go out of their way to make you feel at home, as well as help you with any details around the city and around Vietnam if you’re looking for travel excursion assistance. The hotel itself is great and in a great location within 5 minutes walk of old quarter and many attractions. It’s great for business travelers, backpackers and families with small children. Rooftop bar has a nice view of the area and the lake, but the staff is why I keep going back.
