The hotel was newly renovated & centrally located in the old quarter. The staff were very friendly & helpful. The local tour booked through the hotel was terrific. The complimentary breakfast buffet was good, especially the freshly made eggs in different ways plus various types of fruits.

The hotel was very clean. The service was excellent and breakfast had a large variety of food. Excellent hotel and very close to the main attractions around Hanoi.Mimi and Jenny provided excellent tours including city tours, a day tour to Ninh Binh and a wonderful overnight cruise to Ha Long Bay. Definitely recommend!

The trip to Halong Bay was very good. Halong is wonderful and amazing. People are very nice and very kind. Ms Cenlina is very good arrangement trip to Halong bay, especially her offered us very good price for the 5 star cruise which we really enjoyed our stay on the Bay.

This hotel, the location is less than 5 minutes walk to the lake. It is really inside the Old Quarter. Next to the night market and all the attractions. I recommend staying at this hotel as the staff is polite and considers your needs.
