Such a lovely hotel. Located in the Latin Quarter --- you're in the heart of shops/restaurants and city life. I nearly stayed at Marriott, which is located outside of the center and much more expensive-- I'm so glad I pivoted to stay here. Breakfast was lovely. Staff exceptional. Perfect hotel for central Hanoi. Location was perfect; 8mins walk to Old Quarters, Nite Market and Hoan Kiem. Reception staff was excellent, seated us with drinks after collecting our passport to prepare check in. Breakfast was so sumptuous and the staff were super friendly. We are coming back to stay here again after our short Sapa trip. Hotel is 8mins walk to Sapa Sleeper Limo Bus Terminal. Hotel was value for money.
