The hotel is conveniently located in Pho Co (Ha Noi Old Quarter) and withing the proximity of Lake Hoan Kiem with lots of shops and restaurants within walking distance. The room is fully air conditioned, clean, and charmingly decorated. Breakfast offers a good selections. Staff are very polite and super helpful.

Can’t say enough about the wonderful staff at the Hanoi Pearl. From the front desk Clark who checked us in to Brian on our check out Harvey and Duc the bellboys and the other bell boy on the late shift who waited with us and called our Grab driver and communicated for us . Love the welcoming drink they served as we waited to be checked in . It was my return stay after spending 3 days in Sapa and service again was fast and efficient. The room was clean , had all that I needed to make my stay comfortable. No outside noise. Didn’t have the breakfast as this time was only an overnight but had a breakfast bag to go on early checkout . The location is great too , lots of places to eat just as you step out the door and the lake is nearby for a nice stroll especially on the weekends when the street is closed off to traffic . Will definitely return to Hanoi and most definitely will stay here again. Thanks to everyone for their exceptional service.

Check in was a breeze. Staff were very helpful and friendly. Brian and Rachael especially! We had a lovely room with a window and a bit of a city view. Bed was comfy and breakfast was good. Close to the lake and lots of places to eat. Would stay here again if visiting Hanoi.
