The only reason for one star off was because our room was on the ground floor and was used as storage for parties as well as gardening tools. This resort was top notch. The service was impeccable in every area, from the front desk to room service to pool attendants to the gardeners. The beach and pool amenities were exactly what you would want for a day at the beach. So beautiful! The rooms were clean and bright with fantastic amenities. The food was delicious. We ate at two of the restaurants as well as the Hyatt Club and room service. We will be back.
