"Very helpful in organising bus for us to Sa Pa for next morning. They rushed to get us some early breakfast before 6:30am, which was greatly appreciated. Very nice, clean and perfect location (right inside the old quarter). We can reach anywhere by walking. Staffs are friendly and helpful whenever we wanted to ask anything. Highly recommended!"

"As soon as we arrived we were treated like royalty. The service was amazing. The property is in a quiet street but also very close to everything. 10 mins walking in any direction will take you to an attraction. The roof top pool was also a highlight and definitely needed after a day walking around in the heat. The service in the pool / bar area was top notch. The food was also great with options for vietnamese or western available. Some people say that the rooms were a bit dates but we didn't...
