The hotel is conveniently located close to both the airport bus stop and major sightseeing spots. I had planned to rest there before my night flight, but unfortunately, the room wasn't very clean for a four-star hotel.. So, I just left my luggage there and went to a nearby spa instead.

Great hotel. Very close to old quarter only 5 minutes walk and far enough away from crowds and noise. Lots of local food nearby and very walkable area. Staff are very friendly and helpful. We liked the hotel so much, we have booked for the next two quick visits to Hanoi we have coming up. Great shower and comfortable bed too.

My room was clean, cool from the AC and the staff were incredibly kind and helpful. The location is great—walking distance to many great restaurants and the hub of the Hanoi chaos. If it’s your first trip to Hanoi, staff provide a map and list of places to eat. I’d stay there again.

Best deal in Hanoi's Old Quarters. It may not look like much from the outside, but the rooms are clean & nicely appointed, and beds are comfortable. The front desk manager, Alex, was very friendly and everyone was eager to aid their guests. I'd stay here again the next time!
