Hotel with a Concierge in Puebla

"La gente que sube las maletas a la habitación y reciben los autos para estacionarlos son super amables y serviciales, en mostrador me toco cuando hice mi check in un joven que fue amable nada espectacular pero amable, sin embargo los días posteriores estaban en recepción dos diferentes chicas que les falta muchisimo servicio al cliente, un par de ocasiones las encontré con otras personas platicando y comiendo en la recepción, el hotel necesita renovaciones se siente y se ve muy viejo, un...
